Tabloid magazines are the physical equivalent of the internet's clickbait thumbnails. Both are mad libbed strings of words that form headlines you almost engage with.
They both lack conventional value to a reader looking for information. And yet, tabloids and clickbait are continuously updated and published for consumption.
I created the TRUTH Tabloid to explore visual dialogues as well as our perceived of realities.
Some questions I kept in mind included
If you take something that is already fake, and make a fake version of it, what is that?
How does it feel to read?
Is it more or less honest?
"You have to love the press. Read it every day.
Make tabloid news stories your personal soap operas"
