Kayla Nicole AR Filter

Warner Music Group’s 300 Entertainment divison commissioned a social filter for their artist Kayla Nicole, as she was hot off “Bundles 2” fame. The filter was to capture the energy of her new music and the viral outtakes of her early beauty tutorials.

I created a pitch where users could try on Kayla’s different looks, set to the theme of her “go bad bitch, go bad bitch go” lyrics. Ultimately the client decided to focus on Kayla’s “up-pony” look for AR development, accompanied by one of her candid quips, “why my glow up keep passing me?”

this project is a collaboration with Jeph Araujo and Brandon Rea
